The Laurel Witch Cross Stitch Pattern PDF - Witch Silhouette
The Laurel Witch Cross Stitch Pattern PDF - Witch Silhouette
I’ve always loved old fashioned silhouette portraits. My brother and I had our profiles done when we were children and my sister-in-law and I created silhouette portraits of our own children, when they were little. We created them with black paper cutouts, and we were just admiring them again over the holidays. It’s amazing to see the tiny details that allow you to instantly recognize everyone with their own unique personalities, whether it’s from the slight turn of a nose that might represent an elf-like and slightly mischievous quality, to the shape of a chin, to the uncontrollable hair sticking up on the back of one’s head. I hope you enjoy this Witch Silhouette, complete with a witch hat, a ponytail, and the gentle slope of her neckline, all showing you a glimpse of The Laurel Witch in her younger teenage years.

Downloading and Printing Instructions:
Your file will be available to you after your payment is confirmed.
You will automatically be emailed a download link for you to download and save the file to your computer. I'd suggest the easiest way to download it is on your computer, not a phone, as you are limited in the number of times you can download the file.
Once you save the file to your computer (check your download folder if you can't find it), you can either print it out at home, print one or two pages instead of the whole pdf if you'd like, or send the whole file to your local business office supplier printer.

Design Size:
Please note the stitching sizes and key in this listings images that show the different finished sizes for 14, 16 or 18 stitches/inch for stitching on cross stitch fabric. The sizing includes the oval border in this pattern.
I usually stitch my patterns on 32 count Evenweave fabric or Linen stitching 2 strands over 2. Make sure you have enough fabric to add a border all around the design. I’d suggest adding 5 cm – 7.5 cm (2-3 in) around each side.
Colour: I suggest this design could be stitched on any colour that has a high contrast to your stitching.
Online Resources: If you are new to cross stitching and would like some help to get started with stitching from a counted cross stitch pattern, I have listed some resource links on my blog at thelaurelwitch.com and will keep updating it whenever possible.
